The Croft School (“School” or “The School”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of information that users provide through The Croft School Website (“Website”). The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices. The continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of such terms and policies.

INFORMATION COLLECTION:

When you fill out a form, we collect information from you. You may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and names of family members, among other possible personal information. If you register or input such personally identifiable information to the Website, you will not be anonymous to us. Your provision of such information constitutes your agreement to allow The Croft School to contact you. The Website may also use “cookies,” which are text packets sent by the a server to a user’s web browser and then sent back unchanged by the user’s browser each time it accesses that server. Cookies are used for authenticating, tracking, and maintaining specific information about users, such as site preferences. No personally identifiable information is exchanged via cookies. LOG FILES:

The School may collect other information about its users that is not connected with any specific personal identity, such as data about usage and service operation. The Croft School website may contain links to other independently run websites within the School network and to some sites outside the www.thecroftschool.org domain that are not controlled by the School and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. The Croft School is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of such websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Croft School’s website.

SECURITY PRECAUTIONS:

This site has commercially reasonable security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under the School’s control. Nevertheless, due to the nature of internet communications, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While the School remains committed to protecting the privacy of our users, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us, and users assume the risk of interacting with the School’s website.

The Croft School may revise this Privacy Policy as needed at any time.  Users are encouraged to read this Privacy Policy from time to time.
